Are you passionate about IT and want to play a key role in supporting users of a public sector organization? Join our team as a On-Site IT Support Technicianin Brussels and become the ambassador of our services to our client.
Your mission:
- Assist users on-site and remotely to resolve their technical issues related to the Microsoft environment.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents related to hardware, software, or networks.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, printers, peripherals, etc.).
- Guide users in using IT and collaborative tools.
- Document interventions and maintain smooth communication with internal teams and the client.
Your profile:
- Previous experience in IT support, ideally in a Microsoft environment (Windows, Office 365, Azure AD, etc.).
- Proficiency in ticket management and remote assistance tools.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to represent the company professionally.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent command of French; knowledge of English is a plus.
